Robinson Rubber has been a member of Manufacturers Alliance since 2006 and has been very active in the learning, implementation, and the sharing of best manufacturing practices. Such practices include adoption of lean manufacturing principles, use of design of experiments, and statistical process control to reduce manufacturing variance and improve product quality.
